Humidity Control
Optional dehumidification equipment offers a range of benefits to modular buildings, including protection from moisture issues such as mold and mildew and helps to maintain a fresh, new look and feel to modular buildings of any size.

Fresh Air Control
Fresh air ventilation, such as our Energy Recovery Ventilator, creates a more comfortable environment, allowing for positive pressurization of space, eliminating stale air by pre-cooling air in the summer and pre-heating air in the winter. It’s also essential to school buildings where federal regulations must be met.

Sound Reduction
Bard units are designed for quiet operation, especially our I-TEC and Q-TEC interior models. But, you can further reduce operational sound by adding optional equipment that diminishes sound created by vibrations and energy transfer through walls and return air openings.
